Overview
Culture Shock was a two-part cultural event series curated by IRIE Global in collaboration with No Noise, powered by Eventbrite. Designed as an intersection of music, conversation, and community, the series brought together London’s most influential creatives, tastemakers, and cultural leaders for immersive, high-impact experiences.
PART ONE – JULY: CULTURE SHOCK
The inaugural event introduced the “Culture Shock” concept, an intentional space for meaningful dialogue and creative exchange. Through live conversation, curated sound, and thoughtful production, we created an environment that blurred the lines between audience and participant.
The focus: fostering authentic connections across music, creativity, and community.
The outcome: a deeply engaged room and a clear foundation for an ongoing cultural platform.

PART TWO — OCTOBER: 4TH QUARTER ROSES
The second installment evolved into a more intimate, elevated experience. Centered around a private dinner and discussion, the evening explored the state of London’s nightlife and cultural ecosystem, with a focus on how platforms like Eventbrite can better support emerging communities.

The night concluded with “4th Quarter Roses,” a moment of recognition honoring each guest’s contribution to the culture, transforming the gathering into both a conversation and a ceremony.
The guest list brought together a curated group of leading event organizers, cultural curators, and venue owners shaping London’s nightlife scene.
